RETURNS

If something does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to return it.

• In Spain the return cost is €10 .
• In Europe the return cost is always €20, which will be deducted from the refund of the price paid .

1. Login in your account:
2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, and then click **Continue**.
3. In your email account, open the message sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click on the order whose return you want to send.
6. If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
7. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
8. Click **Request Return**. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

If the requested information is incomplete, the return request will be rejected.

If approved, you will receive a return authorization email, we will send the courier following the instructions you have given us.

HOW TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE?

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using a different one, as long as it is well sealed to prevent loss of items.

• Returns will be processed within 14 days.
• Vintage formentera will send you an email notification once the refund has been made, which will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
