We deliver within the European Union.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

• In Spain, the cost is €6.00. Free shipping for orders over €100. 
• In the Canary Islands, the cost is €7.00. Free shipping for orders over €100. 
• In the rest of Europe, the cost is €10.00. Free shipping for orders over €120.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

• In Spain, delivery should arrive within 2-5 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• In the Canary Islands, delivery should arrive within 4-10 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  
• In the rest of Europe, delivery should arrive within 4-10 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex.

Vintage Formentera also accepts payment via PayPal, a secure payment method that allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and your PayPal password.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

In the order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can track your package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please contact us at vintageformentera@hotmail.com with your order number and tracking number so we can address the matter with the carrier.
