WHERE ARE DELIVERIES MADE?

We deliver within the European Union.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

• In Spain , the cost is €5.90. Free shipping on orders over €100.
• In the rest of Europe , the cost is € 9.90. Free shipping on orders over €120.
• Outside Europe, the cost is €14.90. Free shipping on orders over €150.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

• In Spain , delivery should arrive within 2-5 business days of dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
• For the rest of Europe , delivery should arrive within 4-10 business days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex.

Vintage Formentera also accepts PayPal, a secure payment method that allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

In your order confirmation email, you'll find a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
