WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver within the European Union.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
- In Spain, the cost is €6.00. Free shipping from €100.
- In the Canary Islands, the cost is €7.00. Free shipping from €100.
- In the rest of Europe, the cost is €10.00. Free shipping from €120.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Shipments within Spain
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 may be prepared and shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed starting the following business day.
Shipments to the rest of the European Union
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex.
Vintage Formentera also accepts payment via PayPal, a secure payment method that lets you make online payments without entering your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
In the order confirmation email you'll find a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can track your package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Please contact us at vintageformentera@hotmail.com with your order number and tracking number so we can look into it with the carrier.
